Beautiful!! As the ‘Sue’ part of Cher-El-Sue, I can certainly recall the storm you mention and others that we rode out on faith and trust that our boat would keep us safe, and that our dear parents would ensure we were okay. Certainly they in turn had faith and hope that the guidance they received would keep us all safe. Thanks for these postings on faith and hope…. I find them uplifting! God Bless!

Jesus has always been my living hope, yet new unforeseen crises stir up the need to remember again even with more clarity of faith, that He never ends being our champion of hope. Revisiting the foundation of living hope has helped me to embrace the wonder JESUS is to me.
